Procedure

You contact me by phone or email and then make an appointment. If desired, you will receive the treatment contract, data protection information and all important information about the first appointment by email in advance.

If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so up to 24 hours in advance (please contact me by e-mail or phone). If you cancel later or do not cancel at all, I will retain a cancellation fee. I ask for your understanding.

The introductory meeting

I offer a short free preliminary talk on the phone. In this conversation you will get an impression of me and the setting as well as my approach. You will have enough time to ask questions and briefly explain your concerns to me.

I offer treatments of 30 or 60 minutes on site in my practice. The number of treatments required is very individual, as every person and every problem is unique. The rhythm of a treatment depends on your personal needs and can also vary.

I treat children, people of all ages and all genders and identities. 

FAQ

The statutory health insurance funds and substitute health insurance funds do not generally reimburse treatment costs for alternative practitioners (physiotherapy). In the case of private health insurance or private supplementary insurance, treatment costs are only reimbursed within the scope of your insurance contract and usually not for all medical procedures. Also, the full invoice amount is usually not reimbursed. It is the responsibility of the person placing the order to inquire with their health insurance company. The service provider's entitlement to a fee from the person placing the order is independent of any health insurance and/or subsidy benefits.

This is completely individual. We formulate a goal together and after 3 sessions we take stock to see if and where the journey can continue.

You can cancel appointments up to 24 hours before the actual appointment free of charge by email or telephone.
